going from soil to Hydro or Aero need some help and advice please

ok so i currently have only EVER DONE ORGANIC soil and 3 plants every 90days but i have decided to clone my favorite strains and i wanna do some hydro or aero growing

my space is 3ft long 1.5ft deep and 6.5ft tall i use 13000lums per plant CFL while veggin then 15000lum CFL and a 150w hps for flowering and it has worked out really great over the last 3yrs.

so i need to know with my space and lights what is best and CHEAPEST/easyest should i switch my grow space to hydro or aero plus a few links to how to set up both basics would be nice ive been reading on both and i cant make up my mind.

so please just helpful suggestions is all i ask currently i use 5gal buckets in my space but i can do a tote or 2 in there also

i dont wanna change my lights or grow area dimensions just what i grow them in water and neuts not dirt

Have you considered Hempy Buckets? You have almost everything that you need already. It is the cheap and easy way to move into the hydro world.
