Going to Colorado for ski season..what do i kneed to know and who for oil?

ok so its been about 18 years since i was working and living in vail colorado ..and alot has changed.

i will be flying into denver. Not sure on how things work as far as do i need a special med card or colorado id to purchase my meds? disepensarys? or black market?
Im looking to get about 3 oz of oil for my vape to get me through the winter.

any tips or suggestions are welcome

Pot is recreationally legal in CO now... So umm yeah.....

wasnt expecting the third reich to chime in but...oh kay...

might be a bit difficult for me to find a red card holder as i dont know people in CO and i know thats the way to go for what what im trying to get :(

Yeah, I know. I read this week that 60% of cannabis sales in CO are taking place on the legal market. It seems that the locals take it so for granted (the black market) that they often let their red cards lapse (ahem @hethatshallremainnameless). The easiest thing is to check the local papers - the free ones - for specials. They have gotten pretty competitive - lots of coupons n shit. Legal prices would be upward of $40 per gram I am guessing ("the taxman do take a bite"). If you are buying 3 oz you'll be paying for one or two kids' primary education. That's way over the limit for Rec sales so you'll have to hit up a bunch of places.

Oh, if you are just going to Vail, you won't have your pick of places. It is really common to see hand written notes saying "we are out of concentrates" on dispensary doors all over Denver.

Ok thank you I needed that :) pssssssssssssssssssst I was pointing at you as I was rolling on the floor laughing you know that don't you :) After that last I can't go without for 2 minutes hahahaaaaaaaaaaaaa!! Oh yeah and I"m smoking a joint WHILE I'm typing this, under a blanket because after I put my shirt and socks on I had to sit down to smoke a joint, and it's 5:20 AM here!
