Good Age for Male Plants to Produce Hash Oil?

Hey Guys,
I gotta quick question...How old should male plants be before making hash oil with them?

I have a grow of 10 plants. The sex of the plants are just starting to show. I don't want males up in the mix with the females, so how long should i keep the males in the room in order to make GOOD hash oil from butane?


Basically.... when they first show sex, how long after that should I wait b4 making hash oil? Whats the earliest i can do it, whats the latest?

males have the most thc concentrations in them right before they drop there pollon

it depends on strain not long afteryou realize it is a male untill it pollinates7-14 days usually

hey Guys....

its been a long time since i originally did this post, b ut i have one more question on producing hash oil...because today I am takin the 2 male plants away from the 7 female plants i have.... (as u can see in the last post in my grow journal <<HERE>>)

How long should I let the males dry out for? Should i dry them upside down like I do to the female buds..or do i trim them and make the oils right away without letting them dry?

Some info on this ASAP would be great..cuz soon as i click "Submit Reply" I'm cutting the males....thanx
