good fan

What would be a good cpu fan to push thru a filter or would it be better to use the inline fan from home depot
 
home depot inline fans dont work well with filters www.greners .com has reasonably priced centrifugal type fans i do however cool my light with a 6'' home depot 250 cfm. inline fan
