nah haha but its pretty cold in my flat and we can't have the heater on too much, when I germinated my first set of seeds I just had them on the table and they took about 10 days to sprout a long enough tap root to plant, but I put my second set of seeds on top of the boiler and they went fuckin crazy and sprouted in three days and were longer than the first set, so I figured heat above my average room temp is good for them, guess I'll wait and see if it makes a differenceare you rooting in a freezer or something? mine are in a room temp area never exceeding 75f and they're perfect every time.
but if thats all that works for you, and you dont mind the extra efforts, go for it.
oh really? I had heard you should wait until its about 5mm out...I'm a newbie so I'm probs wrong, if that's the case I have 3 more seeds I can plant rn, woono need to wait for a taproot length, only the appearance of one. they will die in plain water eventually, why bring them close to death before you plant
