Good lamps for CFLs?

What are some good mounting options for CFLs? A lot of the desk lamps I'm seeing say don't exceed 15W CFL or 60W regular bulbs. I want to use some 105W CFLs but don't want to burn the house down either. Are the fixtures I'm seeing in a lot of the pictures from Home Depot/Lowes type places?

im in uk so dont know wot you've seen but i use ones with the fitting connected straight to the plug. no lamp or fitting, then just hang the wire off anything u want. i have 2 rubber covered clamps that i nailed to the roof of my box for easy adjusting.

if you go to Homedepot there are reflector's there with clamps that range from 150-300 watt bulb compatibility that are 7$-20$. Those would be fine

themonkey has it right .
Your CFL 100W output is only 26W actual. with a 150 watt fixture and Y fixtures you could have 500watts of CFL (actual <150W) and still be well within the fixtures limits for safety.
or 3 of the 42W CFL's with a light output of 600 watts.
For added safety you can get a GFI plug and put it in the wall outlet and plug all into that.

Hope this helps

Good luck
