Good looking leaves but with white spots areas

The leaves are the right color, arent dropping. I'm in the flowering stage and the plants are about a little over a foot (lowryder)

It seems the leaves start with a white inside and burst with green outside. With blotches of white. Ive tried doing research... what the fuck is up with the white shit on leaves? May it be too much chemical?? Which has not been rarely alot.

sounds like powder mildew to me.. could be from high humidity
