they start to reek during veg.... and it gets worse and worse till its dry and in jars.... as soon has u open the lid on one of them jars... poof whole house reeks

ow shit lolz that one right thier is no fucken joke how could i forget the one, lolz the one that is so supper dank and the most smelliest og i ever encounter i have stories behind this strain i stoped running it becuase it challened my two fillters and only ran 40 hydro plants i couldnt run no more my house got broke into and people that were driving yelled out YO MAN THAT SHIT SMELLS DANK i was watering my yard not my garden passer byers were like fuck man i can smell it up the street one day i was half the block down and it was just over powering i could keep growing it or i was gona get robbed i had fools try to break in while i was asleep and the door bot pryed open but the dogs must of kept them at bay i moved out because of that strain.. hear is the pic...270A0270.jpg270A0273.jpg270A0265.jpg
 
last aroe pic was of them young they beef up and the stalks are small at the time but after a flowering sesion and cilicus its on like mother fucken donky kong or reck it ralf..the dates on those pics are not right i had them transferd over from an old phone..

3 really good og's from seed for me was the 18, Skywalker Kush, and Larry. Socal seeds Tahoe x Chem D was ok, wish I had more girls to pick through. I ran Docs OG, ended up with 2 phenos that didn't resemble OG all that much in the smoke. Hashy feet is what it was like. Not that great. I saw someone else run Humbolt Seed Co's og and that shit was whack. Smelled like day old hush puppies from Long John Silvers. Not OG in the slightest.

Either you're a fucking liar or you fucked up Doc's OG. I'll go with the former. Greenthumb was the first place to have OG S1 seeds and it has been on their list for about 10 years. I have grown it for years have sampled many but Doc's is still the best in my books. Most REAL growers and oldtimers who actually have grown Doc's OG say it's the best OG there is. Did you even grow it? I doubt it. At any rate don't hold yourself up as some kind of OG expert because clearly you are not.

Doc green thumb does not have the best of everything maybe thats a opinion and it seems to be your only which again says alot of what genetics you have tried.

I've wondered what the quality is like on Sin City's True Power OG which is True OG x Blue Power. I've heard good things about this breeder but have no experience. I wonder how it stacks up to the clone only True OG.
 
Good thread, Im at the moment deciding which tude OG freebes I have on hand to crack.. I have RP OG, OG18, Dinafem OG, and Humbolt OG.

Now, wheres Hazey Grapes? Bring the back the Haze to the discussion. :lol:
 
og #18... crack the bean bro...

I just finished flowering two diferent phenos. The dark green, big bud pheno is great but I prefer a pheno that is lighter green, smaller buds and a heavy feeder.
 
I would try lemon Larry og (f6) from alpine seeds at least your getting some good breeders that started with cali genetics unlike all the hacks slinging pollen out of cali....cali conection ,og rascal emerald triangle etc...Greenthum is to much of a asshole to even consider for me
 
I a running og 18 an skywalker,also Tahoe. The 18 is very strong the skywalker is a very good tasting strong smoke as well I like smoking all day. The 18 is a bit stronger so it's for morning or night. The Tahoe I didn't try yet its very finicky likes to herm under any stress so I just got it down to one strong nice pheno it comes down today an it is out of this world in frostyness for sure.

ok an update on the exodus kush after a nice cure.

the smell and the taste alone would make me smoke this even if it didn't get me high.
 
i've had greenthumb's OG in my room for about 10 years now. i have grownjust about every other og you can name since then but the best on is still docs OG and the only one i am keeping at this time

this makes me very happy. I have a tree about 6 weeks into flower. How many weeks do you flower Docs OG?
