You're looking good. Depending on what your light source is I would think about increasing it if you are having problems getting the plant to stand up on its own. Also once it does stand on its own you'll want a bit of a breeze moving across it to help it naturally develop a strong stalk. Not really sure when I'd transplant though. probably just after they started to veg proper in that cup...maybe 4-6 nodes?

Go to walmart in the outdoor section and get a $2.98 emergency blanket, the go home get in you grow area and remove all the alum. Foil and insert shiny blanket works 10 times better and doesn't create hot spot.

top that cup off with dirt and add more and lower light closer to plant, and hit that bitch with a fan
