ok i jus stard to grow a lil over a month ago n i sort made a lil growen room wit a storage box n i lind it wit foil n cut a hole in the lid 4 the light n got strings to raise the lid as it grows is that a good idea or not

gots its good and it doesnt....

for one get that foil out of there cause all it will do create heat and in a grow box thats a no no....make sure you got a proper ventilation both exhausting and intakeing air.............

I'd glue the aluminum foil to the inside, shiny side out. Soft cloth & buff it a bit to make it smooth.

Mylar is basically just aluminum metalized to fiberglass(PET). Unless further coated it offers no more oxidation protection than bare aluminum.
