I've switched over to organic. The rev's true living organic is a great resource. Also teamin with microbes. So do you research. I tried to go organic before I read enough and mixed bunch of guano and other hot amendments without cooking and burnt the shit out of my plants.
You will want to start looking for good earthworm castings
