just type in "high pressured sodium" lamp. and it'l give you local online shops to buy a light.

Yo - I got my 400hps on ebay for only 97 bucks. Shipping may have been a little expensive, but its probably the best price you will find anywhere online. Go to ebay.com search 400hps grow light and find a light that you can "Buy right now" for a good price. Good luck

Ebays prolly the cheapest. Found this guy sell 175w up to 400w lights for $100 shipped.

The one I posted comes with a 3 year ballast warranty. I havnt ordered yet though. Planning on ordering one 2morrow!

I wonder if thiose are the actual cooltubes they send out. That picture is of the older model with the white cord coming from the bottom of the cooltube as opposed to the newer model where the cord runs out the top behind the mounting bracket. Supposed to be less resistance to airflow but im not sure as i havent used both models...
