am i the only one that thought of this?? every page ive been too,people is scared 4 theyre roots.. i always buy transparent buckets and containers so i can see the roots and perlite and water and the soil through the pot....SEE??? genious...

Well, maybe not. There seems to be a majority opinion here that light does harm to the roots. Someone More of a botonist would have to tell you why.

Repotting is very simple. Allow your plant to get slightly rootbound so it holds the medium together well. Depending on your medium it may be easier if it is wet or dry. Fill your new, larger container with soil while the smaller, old container sits inside. Simply drop the plant into place as the hole will be shaped exactly like the roots. Water and you're good to go.
