If you did not get guaranteed shipping then its your fault, I know a buddy who's beans were nabbed in Chicago 2 times in a row, he ordered with guaranteed and they reshipped till he got them, Tell the tude that and see how far it gets ya. enjoy your coffee cup lol

I just ordered from Herbies a week ago and it has been hangin at ISC Chicago. Does anyone think the chances of it getting snagged is most definate? And should I just accept the loss and order again?

Back then they did NOT offer guaranteed delivery.....it was just order and take your chances.

If it goes thru Chicago, 50/50 chance it won't make it.

Do they still go through Chicago if you live on the southeast coast? I would think shipments would go through NYC and then down the coast right?

UPDATE...
Just recieved my beans today from Herbies after it was sitting at Chi ISC for days, Herbies is awesome, excellent stealth shipping, I give em 5 stars!!!

Attitude is the one they have been getting to at Chicago faik. The tracking is always delayed compared to actual shipping.
