Those are even weaker than the booster fans. If you are going to use it, you want to pull through it, not blow. But it still will not be efficient at all.
I was thinking also, since you are going to use 2 lights, and 2 hoods, you will need two fans to cool it. This means you are spending somewhere near $100 for both of the booster fans. You can use 1 can fan rated at like 440cfm for both hoods and only spend an extra $60.
No matter what kind of fan you have, 80cfm will not be enough to cool a 600watt light, let alone two 600watt lights. They say to have 600cfm to get the glass cool to the touch.
