Summer solstice is in December so you may have enough light to stop them from going into flower straight away if you plant around then. You are at a similar latitude to Florida, Pakistan, the border of Mexico to America. Maybe a Pakistan chiral kush if you want to match landraces but altitude will differ between Perth and where pck grows I think. You should be good with pretty much anything I think depends if you’re after weight or quality. If you look for a 12 week flower time I think you’ll get a decent yield and still top quality.
