It should be noted if anyone in the U.S should decide to make this recipe that when he mentions 200 degrees that is Celsius!!!!! Should translate roughly to 400F.... most puff pastry recipes are cooked at 425 but if my math is correct this translates closer to 400.... Looks amazing and should be accompanied by a rich demiglace... very surprised he never mentioned a sauce but perhaps the video was not complete... making me hungry!!!!!!
