I don't know what those white chunks are but that is some nasty looking shake. It looks like it's just fan leaves and stems. What are you going to do with it?

Do you know the person? Rocks are conveniently heavy. I have seen all sorts of shit in the cheap weed me and my friends have gotten. Might be leftover perlite from quick processing
