I thought the same. Note to Colorado - sell them! Duh.I think now I am tempted to take this sign... 419.99 just means you start your 420 exp before 420.. and.. I like to do that starting about 3:40am usually- 6:30pm
If it were my job to sell them, floating this story would be part of the marketing.
