So I have been growing in a closet running 18/6 with cfls I'm about 4 weekes into the grow and my plants have been flourishing so far well my problem is I gotta move at last minute and right now I don't have an indoor spot to grow so I'm wandering would it be possible to transplant them to outdoors without killing them because of the sudden light change and just the complete change in surroundings from indoors to out temps and etc the plants are about six inches tall but extremely bushy if that matters very healthy too and have not been transplanted yet. Any help appreciated!

If the temps at nite drop below 60-65 often i would not put them outside. the light change wont kill them but the temp change could very easily.

Planting them outside this time of year will probably be a big shock and if you have to move it's probably best to cut your losses and start over when you have a better situation.

That's what I think.

they can go to about 60 at night with very little problems. Being 6" tall, even a 55 night won't kill them. Above all, make sure you account for wild animals. They WILL eat them if you do not take some safety precautions. 1.) Don't use blood meal or bone meal outside. 2.) Fence it off with low chicken wire or something 3.) Use your scent as much as possible to ward them off (pissing, etc.) If you do not do this, expect at least a loss or two. With them being 6", it's unlikely a deer would eat more than 1. Good luck. P.S. No problem with the light cycle. You'll be fine.

Well I'm gonna try to keep them till like early April to see if it warms up through the nights enough to move them until them my dad is gonna put them in his grow room with all his plants.
