Got a question about my plants

I just Chopped six plants, and got three still flowering, and I noticed every one of my plants has a purple tint and some the smaller fan leaves around the cola's are purple also, I know colder room temperature and cold air at night with lights off will turn them purple. My question is when they turn like that, does it lower quality of the plant, change the flavor/taste, less crystals, less THC. I don't know so I asked and hope some can help me.

It's gonna be what it is. A sudden change in color is not going to change the chemistry of your buds. Internet CannaVooDoo will tell you differently though.

well here it is, it all changed color and came out darker than it was supposed, I got 8 half gallons jars I use for curing. on the left in the first row are two of my favorites, they are Bubba Kush, and Blueberry. The right two in the front are new to me Ice Bomb, not sure if I'm keeping it, going yet, the back four are Diesel that I'm letting go out. and on the plate is new to me Canalope Kush the rest is drying cut yesterday, not sure about it and a mystery plant that looks different and smells different then the others, so I will see if it any good not cutting it yet needs a little longer.
