2) 425cfm inline fan carbon filter combo
3) 100 cfm inline duct fan
4) 1000watt mh/hps light with hood and reflector w/2 6inch intake/exhaust

my tent has 5 6inch intake/exhaust holes 2 on each side and one on top

hey, that is alot of light, if you got it, run it! just start with your filter up hi, then use 6" duct to run to the light. hopefully the light is vented with a glass lense, if so, run out from the light to the intake side of the fan and put the fan on the outside of the tent. you want it to draw the air out. make your duct runs as short and straight as possible, but leave enough slack to raise and lower your light. use your 100cfm fan as an intake fan in a lower 6" vent. close off the unused upper vents, then adjust your lower vents until you get a slight negative pressure (slight sucking in of tent walls) with all the fans running, go ahead and heat up the light too. duct the hot air coming out of the big fan over and out of the room the tent is in. now adjust the temperature in the room the tent is in (window ac works great) until the temp inside the tent is about 75ish about 24" below your light with it hot. thats just one way with what you have. hope that helps. your fans and lights can run on the same timer, just get a good timer. if at all possible, i would try to trade up a tent size or 3 (5x5x7) it would quadruple your yield for the exact same $ spent on power. if space is an issue, swap someone for a 600 and save some $ on power. if not tho, you should be able to FILL that tent with some weight! try to keepem under 4 feet from the floor and that should give you enough space for you light.
