standing ovation!
but as soon as you sell it to someone other than your "patients" it's not meds. It's black market dope.
not if they have a card, no diff then a script.
In Michigan, if my understanding is correct, you cannot take donations for your work from anyone other than your registered patients. Selling (doanting) to anyone else, even if they hold a card, is a patient to patient transfer which so far has been deemed illegal!
Stump,
As I said, "if my understanding is correct"! I thought that the Appeals court ruling in August banned P to P tranfers, along with the dispensaries. If not, great, but I'll have to go back and take another look at the ruling!

we all have to live, and to live in america you need money and like i said time is money, period.and FYI most "patient's" are not patient's i know from first hand soooo... 9 out of 10 people i deal with have no debilitating diseases.now i do feel genuine compaassion for those truly in need and i am VERY good to these people but out of everybody i deal with there is olny two.not only did i give them great deals but also loaned them equipment and my time for FREE so now they have close relatives that live with them growing white widow for em that i provided for FREE.but i say 90% of patient's do not come close to deserving" good" deal's.
I agree with this too. most "patients" are abusing the system. The vast majority of card holders that I know, have no real medical condition that qualifies them for use. They just ponied up a couple hundred bucks to DR feelgood working out of a hotel room for their approval.
That however doesn't justify "care givers" helping them abuse the law.
and it COST TIME AND TIME IS MONEY and my time is priceless so i think it's a fair trade and so does everbody else say's the market.
So Count...do you have any idea of the quality of what you grow? Do you send it out for testing?
