Got caught with 12.4 grams of AM-2201, and 3.2 grams of JWH-018

Last night some asshole across the street told on me for possessing illegal drugs because I did not sell him his normal dose of AM-2201 for I found out he has been stealing JWH-018 powder from me... Atleast a gram or two. So anyways, i hear a knock on my door so I go to answer it, BIG MISTAKE. three feds were at my door and when I opened it they barged in and started searching my house while one of them held me so I couldn't move. WTF they can't just enter my house without a search warrant and then put hands on me.
They walked down the stairs and sure enough they saw the unopened baggy that said "RC AM-2201 net wieght 12.4G NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION!" and they found the JWH-018 which I just scaled and had 3.2 of it left and they took my scales fuckers.
After seeing all this they put me in cuffs and asked me if I was selling RC. Of course I said it was for personal use. They also found 2 packets of opened spice.

Anyways I was detained for 8 hours until my friend bailed me out for $820.00!!! IM SO FUCKING PISSED MY PRIVACY WAS RAIDED AND THEY HAD NO RIGHT TO ENTER MY HOUSE UPON ME OPENING THE DOOR. They claim to of had a "search warrant" which I have yet to see.
I have court September 5th. I hope I can use this against them to get the charges dropped.
What do you guys think I should do? and what do you thnk will hapeen to me...

And yes If I goes to it I guess i'll have to admit to selling AM-2201 and JWH-018. I'm just glad they didn't find the 8 ball of coke I had upstairs... Damn i would have been fucked if they saw that.

Your for sure going to jail for a while. There going to bust you for distributing Research Chemicals, when they found the scale that sealed the deal. Why on earth would you even have all that shit laying around in the open is beyond me..
If I where you I would get a really good lawyer and make it clear that they did not have a Search Warrant (If that's even the case.)
Most likely tho you will being doing some time in jail, good luck

And how do you know it was the asshole across the street? Most likely you were probably being watched for a while now and when they were most confident they raided you and found your loot. Reason why I always keep my shit on the DL.

Looks like my only option is to go on the run. Might as well feel me? I'm going to be out of state tonight anyways so good luck catching me piggies....

Sometimes I wonder why a cannabis growing site even has a 'Hallucinatory Substances" section. I think the section itself helps to fuel the argument that medical cannabis growers and scumbag drug dealers are all the same people. We're not.

Is it your first charge as an adult? If so, you might not be in as bad of shape as you thought. Go talk to a lawyer, youre just gonna have to sit for longer after they catch you running.

They had their warrant. Some pork was holding it. The second it was issued by an "after hours" magistrate that one called and said to whack you. Don't say anything at all until you HAVE a lawyer, not just call one with general questions. Then do not lie for one second to the lawyer. Doctors and lawyers can do nothing for you if you lie to them. Prepare to fucking pay big money.

Feds dont show up when you dont sell to your neighbors, the local pd does, they were watching you and most likely had buys on you. Just fyi even if they watch you the feds aint going to knock on the door. You got bigger problems than you think.

The DEA doesn't show up because of a rat, especially a recent rat. The DEA shows up because there has been an actual investigation into your activities. Get a lawyer, that's the only advice any of us can give you. Don't talk about it over the internet because it can be construed as self incrimination.
