so you got 5/500's (5mg Hydro, 500mg BS) since you got them for actual pain i would take them as directed, much like a Benzo detox an opiate detox isn't fun....ask me how i know. However there are extractions to remove the 500mg of acetaminophen leaving you with what your looking for....but you can find it yourself by search for CWE or cold water extraction

Idk they tol me to talk the vicodine about 8-10 a day spread out and like i said only 3 of those valium in a dy but i took 4 in a 2hour period nd got a little droopy eye that was it... Didnt even put me to sleep...

yah, i know that v's never did much for me on their own.. drink on top of them, and it's a different story all together though...
but like what everyone else has already said, be careful on both of them as benzo withdrawal is one of the two withdrawals that can kill a person, alcohol being the other of course, so glad you can buy that at the corner store but not bud, lol.. anyhoo's, i was in a rehab with a chic withdrawing from zannies, had a dr's script and all, and it was probably the worst withdrawal i've ever witnessed.. she was in the hospital for several months while everyone else was gone in a week or two.. shit's no joke..
and same with the vics.. opiate withdrawals won't kill you, you only wish you were dead instead, i know this all too well... and i've also heard that if you take a lot of vics, they tend to make people depressed, so if you're the depressed type already, you really need to be aware of this and keep it in check..

i told the doc i wnated something stronger and he was startin to tell me he wants to completly take me off them because of my age.. and how they r so addicting and they will "ruin" my sotmach...

its not like im just taking them recreationally. i am really injured my neck kills me day in and day out.. and he doesnt wanna prescribe me more then what he already has, so idek what im gonna do when the script runs out..

crashbog in case no one here has told you this yet, you won't become physically dependent where you'll have withdrawals if you're prescribed 15 mg of valium a day. i know because i used to take about 10 mg of klonopin a day which is 100 mg of valium, and i got the seizures and withdrawals. it sucks, but it won't happen to you unless you take a high dose every day consistently for two weeks. that how long it takes for a physical dependence. 
Take 20-40 mg to get a nice buzz.

if you really need pain pills and your dr. won't give them to you, it's time to find a new dr. this one is giving you some weak stuff to begin with so he must think your injuries aren't that severe. try a pain clinic for the good stuff. think dilaudid and oxycodones.

But your doctor is right. He shouldn't give you anything stronger because you are young, and don't have the life experience to know what addiction can do to you. I'm not much older than you, but I'll be entering the medical profession in 2 years, dispensing drugs, including narcotics, so I have a bit of experience when it comes to "drug seeking behavior" policies. You probably won't get an addiction from your one prescription, but you could develop a taste for them, and seek out drugs in the future. He is trying to avoid this with you, which is bold of him in my opinion. These days, most doctors will give their patients whatever they ask for if it will save the doctor the aggravation of telling the patient no. If the vicodins truly don't releive your pain, ask for a different kind, perhaps percocet, or even T3 or T4. Codeine sometimes helps when hydro or oxycodon is ineffective.
