its basically creating little slivers at the end where you want it to root.

supposely doing that helps promote the actual forming of the roots but like i said 1 out of 10 not even gonna bother wasting my time with that any more well for now anyways

Well happen to have an extra 5 minutes this morning so I went ahead and took a quick shot of the room and one of the Afghans budding

As you see you cant see the fan in the back anymore...its a nicce jungle going on in my loft woot



16 days into flowering

nice how many plants have u removed to male sex shows?

so far there was 12 males making the count to 45 plants.

I saw a handful that possibly might be male as well so ill wait a day or two more to make sure I see balls and then once I do they are out of here

Unless they are sweet dreams male then i have a nice little room for where they will go so I can make some seeds...possibly I dunno yet I was kinda thinking to see how a crossing one of teh afghans with the sweet dreams pollen would work out just as a little experiment...

but who knows I can never make up my mind fully haha just going wit the flow

I think it would be really cool to do that, then you have like your own genetics, and if you want you can send me some seeds

we shall def see. there is one sweet dreams possible male thats like fantastic looking i think I will be maturing him and saving his pollen for sure...thanks for making my mind up haha

alright lucky you guys I was able to get my ass up to the loft and snap some more pics and removed another 6 males making the count to 39 now
3 were bag seed and the other 3 were Sweet Dreams

I also went and took a quick measurement of the plants smalles one is exactly 2 feet and the tallest one is close to 3 feet. Pretty sweet huh

Things are much much managable now. and I think all but one are female one is still in the I dunno who I am yet stage I think, we'll see

Wow...nice grow...I'm alittle confused about fertizling and all that crap...I'm hoping that I buy the right stuff and not kill my plants...

my best advice if anything is either start with advance nutrients or fox farm or Pureblend 3 pack it'll have what you need then from there read about each brands additives its how I started

Well figured Id give a quick update no pics today but alots happen within the week.

Had the temps gp back up in my room totally made one of the bagseed plants hermed but the woman went ahead and did some ball removing from the bad boy and seemed to recover so I guess we will see in the next week.

Also had 8 plants in quart pots still that either dried up or turned male so they are gone now


Gave them another feeding on Saturday (6/2

Carboload - 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml)
Voodoo Juice - 1 + 1/4 teaspoon (6.25 ml)
Sensizym - 2 teaspoons (10 ml)
Big Bud - 1/4 teaspoon (.6 grams)
Piranha - 1/4 teaspoon (.6 grams)
Tarantula - 1/4 teaspoon (.6 grams)


totally regretting growing during the summer instead of just waiting till fall...sucks ass man seriously

alrighty now with the newest update. Yesterday went ahead and gave the plants a nice good feast.

Water with Ph'd to 6.5

Micro - 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml)
Bloom - 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml)
Grow - 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml)
Big Bud - 1/4 teaspoon (0.6 grams)
B52 - 1 + 1/4 teaspoon (6.25 ml)
Sensizym - 2 + 1/4 teaspoon (11.25 ml)
Carboload - 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml)

You'll also see that my thinkings were correct a little over half are gone due to be males or weak females that died off - Im now left at 27 females all together - The Sweet Dreams is growing the slowest out the bunch - The bagseed is having a speedy grow with the Afghani just right behind
Guess we shall see when the Sweet Dreams will decide to take off in grow

ull b finished in time for another grow in the fall

looks nice, take the photos in the dark with the flash on tho- you will get better coloration. Growing well though. Love seeing that many plants at once, it must be great to sit in there.
