Lol, no reason your grow should be using anything much diffirent from a couple of wall heating panels... also that camera shit only works though the thinnest of materials... if your roof insulation is good, forget about it.
Here is how it does go down, Person A has a growop, person B finds out about it, and wittingly or not, lets the popos know about it. Now they relay don't have any reason that falls within the law to just bust in there, especialy if they do not want to make the informant's name known. So they do a flyby and pretend to have made a sighting, so that the whole mess can get through the courts when they eventualy then do bust your door down.
The moral of the story... GROW IN ABSOLUTE SECRET.
