I believe out of all the discussions out there, this is one for the ages, and i will thoroughly enjoy being a part of.

So for all the "criminals" @ RIU lets join now and share our knowledge!

What Government loopholes do you know of or a story of foiling the system?

ill start us off.

30$ scanner @ walmart, 60$ ink @ walmart, black& color. Oven cleaner.
Soak a $1 or $5 bill and let it sit for an hour or 2. Come back, gently rubbing the bill removing ink, careful not to rip the delicate wet bill. now you have a whote piece of american currency that will mark no matter what bill yoiu decide to print on it. scan the bill yu want to print. Tape the blank onto the space it printed on. Barely taping the side.(leaves very small, thin, white strip where the tape was). Reprint. 1/2 way done. flip bill over in scanner and repeat. Let it dry, then have some of your friends rub all the bills for a while, placing oil onto the bill, replacing the crisp dry feel, with a used, worn bill. Money has never come easier.

It'll be like the anarchist cookbook only a thread.

...grasp a random potted plant firmly and unpot....place a 1/2 of an onion flat side down and replace the plant....tamp and run.

lovely when watered well for 1 week...

very true. but maybe you have participated in some...maybe yu would like to share. i kno im not going to spend the money to get that book, id rather hear it from joes like me.

bit confused what do you get from this?

does anyone own the anarchist cookbook?? i found a copy online for $17.98,i dont want to buy the book if its not what i think it will be.i have heard some many story's about whats really in the book. just wanting to see if you guys think its worth the buy?

You could buy it. Im sure its worth having. Just has a high risk factor. If you come up as suspect to, oh say bombs in the mail, thats evidence that you appear to have the knowdege of bomb making skills.
it has that and many more "frowned" upon things.

search the pirate bay then search the book and get it for free

i got a copy on disc at a computer show like 10 years ago...some good stuff some crap, like making LSD from fosters beer

This is an excellent guide of how to end up in jail, thanks OP.

counterfeting is a one way ticket to jail, especially doing it this way. unless you want the secret service knocking on your door i highly recommend not doing this.
doing this will not pass as a good counterfeit, a good counterfeit must pass:
uv / dif strips illuminate dif colors
wont have $100 strip
microprinting
hologram
magnetic ink

Buzz-kill...not to mention even at the bank they typically just run a pen over a bunch of bills and look for the wrong color to pop. I have yet to see someone take each individual $100 bill I give them and stick each one under a UV light and check the hologram on each one.

I'm not saying it's a good idea but we're all grown ups here and know the risks involved with anything we do, no need to be a downer about it.

Bills are for suckers IDs are where the cash is at.

this isn't as much a 'loophole' thread as a 'let's do some crime' thread... lol...

loopholes basically involve tecnicalities.. attorney client priveledge, doctor patient priveledge, spousal priveledge, trade secrets... etc....

none of us have the clout or the money to be able to exploit any of these...

a good example would be the murdoch scandal... they sat there and said they wanted to answer questions while not answering shit, and claiming they didn't have ANY idea ANY of this was going on... even though they hand-picked their senior staff, and that family has a reputation for having iron-fisted rule over their empire, deeply entrenched in every aspect.... but of course, no wrongdoing was found because...................................they exploited a loophole....

Ok, the Anarchist cookbook was written by a teenager who was mad at the world and had no knowledge about most of the stuff he was writing. He sat at a military library I believe it was and researched and wrote his book. DO NOT buy it, it is way overrated most of all by authorities. It will land you in jail for nothing. It even lists Banananine which he thought was a drug you could make from bananas, it was a joke within the chemistry community which he fell prey too. Due to his extreme lack of knowledge. Here's your loopholes:
Grow weed; you get free weed, but tell no one, act like you buy it.
Welfare: if you apply you can get free money
credit cards: apply for a single credit card and get your credit rating up, get more credit cards and begin paying them off with each other, a genius can live free forever like that. For a while.
Be bigger than your state or country; be willing to pick up and leave. It will make you virtually invincible.
The sea has no law
There are things that can get you high that are still legal. You could get high for years without getting in trouble if you were willing to drop illicits.
There are lots more. Just think. And Bombs are easy, read up on some chemistry and you'll have as much knowledge on them as if you read the Any cookbook.
