Grasshopper type thing? (inside grow)

Found this critter inside my veg room this morning, i check pretty much everyday all my plants so i find it weird that he's been here for a prolonged amount of time i also spray with neem oil about 2 times a week so if anybody has an idea what this is and what i can do to kill it/prevent it i'm all ears
