I was wondering if anyone knew of something comparable to great white while saving a couple of bucks. I know this stuff is amazing, if not no problem I will dish out the money. Would like feedback soon as I’m ordering my new light today. Seeds are going to go in water this morning. Thanks.

There’s a couple but not sure about cost wise. You could look up the species and find “generic “ myc on Amazon or such

Xtreme Gardening Mykos WP is just as good. And far cheaper.

pound for 24 that’s about what 4 oz of great white cost. No probably doesn’t have 50 species but….
Premium costs a premium.

hotrodharley, thank you so much for that information, I’m excited. Haven’t grew since 2007. This grow was not really planned. Lol. So I’ve been plugging away getting things set up. So expensive I have to save somewhere.
bam0813, you are so right about the shop, Way more money. Thanks again for the quick reply as I’m going to order with my new light.

TBH in the scheme of things that are expensive to do growing weed isn't one of them.

Neither is playing music. At least when it's only the first guitar. Guitars. Guitars and pedals and more pedals!

Point being keep it simple and it stays cheap. Have fun!
I have musician friends that say similar. You want a real money pit then buy an old Volkswagen. Growing weed saves me money, I was spending around $500 a month buying the stuff. After the initial outlay on gear I am spending $50 a month on growing, tops.

I'm sitting here with weight around me. Making blends of good bud. Good enough about 1/4 joint and it's out from not paying attention. I buy a bud or two occasionally at a retail to compare to mine. No comparison. Not brag but fact. They're going to chop 20 plants as each is hitting it's own sweet spot? Hell no. It's whack 'em and bin them.

Just the growing is addictive.

I grow to much, easy to grow , everything is basic these days - 100% coco, top end LED, hand water/feed 2-3 days, 6-10 plants per room ( down scaled as to many people growing in tents flooding market with overpriced crap). Belong to a group of craft growers that supply elderly and those in need , growing strains to suit them...

I swear I saw a difference in the first 24 hours.
Plants look great and seem really happy.
I found this one that is just under 2 lbs for $59.
1/4 tsp per gallon this should be a lifetime supply. I see others have found less expensive ones but I thought I would post this as some things are difficult to find. After seeing the difference this has made I would not grow without it.

You seen a difference in 24 hrs because of the kelp and added nutes. Your plant needs to send the 'signal' to the mycorrhizal in order for it to attach. It takes around 10 days to attach then longer for the hyphae to grow. It's certainly not a 24hr time frame. If you're feeding too much the plant may not even send the signal and won't allow the mycorrhizal to attach, because it feels it doesn't need it. Science.
Here's a great book, in a series. It's a great knowledge base and gives a good understanding of mycorrhizal and how to use it effectively and properly
