I've read a lot that a green color spectrum won't affect plants in the dark period. Does anybody know if your typical green glowstick is an option for working on your plants in their dark period without affecting the plants and causing hermies?
Supposedly green light won't trigger any photosynthesis but I'm unsure if it is all green light or a specific spectrum.
