Green House Seed Co. Super Lemon Haze Questions!!!

I am considering picking up a 5-pack of Super Lemon Haze from Green House Seed Co...

Anybody have any experience with this strain? What are the phenos like (or how do they differ from each other)? Characteristics? flowering times? flower stretch? potency? flavor? stability? etc.

I am definitely interested in any grow journals of this strain. :weed:

I haven't grown it but I smoked it it was right up their but not the best I've had. I can't even think of a bad review of that strain.

Ya i have heard nothing but great reviews also...On an off topic side note...whats the best strain you've had? :weed:

I've grown both Super Lemon and Super Silver haze from GHS, SL was better IMO but none worth the effort of growing, try elsewhere.

I got my hands on some Jack Herer as well as an unknown Jack cross not to long ago and it was wonderful, but not worth $200+ for a 10-pack at the moment.

I have heard that another breeder has an original Jack Herer but i cant remember the breeders name...i think it might be Sannies Jack F4. I am not positive tho...

Edit: Make that F7

May be off topic but I grew a Shinning Silver Haze once. Its Royal Queen Seeds strain but it was good none the less.Worth buying IMO. But I'd go with the SLH if I were you... I don't think i've ever read anything bad about Super Silver Haze or/and especially Super Lemon Haze.

I grew it last spring in a 5gal container, it stretched to almost 5ft total. I topped it for 8 colas and ended up with 6.6oz from one plant under a 400W light, she was the only one under it too. Potent smoke, too potent for me personally. The high is indica overwhelming for the first 15 minutes, from then on it's a smooth sativa ride which usually doesn't allow me to sit on my ass at all. It's strong and I usually end up falling asleep with a remote or a PS3 controller in my hand, having a really hard time remembering how it happened the morning I wake up.

Take good care of her and she'll yield well for you.

SLH is a great tasting, great smelling Haze hybrid. It grows tall and lanky with long internode spacing. I grew it for a couple years. Like most Haze plants it doesn't yield heavy. Like the previous post says if you treat her well she'll yield. I grew one in a 30gal container under a 600w and yielded a LB but the plant flowered for 9 1/2 wks and veged for 6-8 wks. Good for med patients because of the high CBD levels, unusually high for a sativa dominant hybrid. If you are a good gardener and have time and love to devote to this plant and don't care as much about quantity but are interested in quality than go for it GH Seeds are pretty cheep compared to other companies.

Super Lemon Haze is the only green house seed co I would every buy again. Awesome plant I grew in DWC. I had 2 different Phenos but they yielded about the same 5.5. ounces each plant. It's a Sativa so be prepared for the stretch. Awesome smoke too.

i have grown SLH for the last 3 years and still love it. i had a 5 pack and grew out 3. all 3 were pretty much the same in structure and stretched like a mofo but 1 finished earlier then the others so that was my keeper. the high is great also and smells like those lemon head candies. i dont know how that other guy got mold on his cuz the buds on SLH aren't compact at all. anyways here are some pics to help you decide.

I grew it. Didn't like it. Was the only plant in my tent out of 5 strains to get mold. Ended up tossing it.

Was it a freak mold occurrence, or operator error? Man you should've saved it you could've made some ice water hash with it and salvaged some product.

Was topping the only training you did to her?

Oh I salvaged it. There was only a little mold in the densest parts of the cola. I made some hash with the rest. When I say I tossed it I meant I didn't grow it again and threw out the clones I took of it before I put it into flower. I doubt it was any error on my part as none of the other plants in my garden had mold. But I gotta say it was a heavy skunk leaning pheno and I have had bad luck with mold and skunk crosses in the past. I still have some beans and might run it again to find a better pheno.
