Ok, I heard that a green light won't harm the plants' day night cycle. I have my night cycles during the day at its hottest to save on ac bills. At 12 hrs off its kinda hard to do any work in my room without "WAKING" the babies. If true, is it a special green light or will a green party bulb CFL do the trick?
You just need to make sure there is minimal to no outside light and only the green light.
