The guy at the Hydro store showed me a green spectrum bulb for around $15.00 that fits right into a regular lamp.It emitts only green spectrum light, which he says plants don't use any of.He said I could have these lights on while in the flowering room when its the dark cycle with no worries. This way I could go in and spray them, and smoke a few while enjoying the whole atmosphere.....what you guys think???

I have also heard this from Jorge Cervantes Growing DVD. I don't know if there is a time limit on this and how often you can do it, but I do know that Jorge himself said it would be fine. I personally wouldn't take any chance in interrupting my babies.
