Greenleaf Medicinals - Latest Approved LP

Growrock.

Anyone who uses medication to relieve an illness, sickness, impairment , is a patient.
Don't mx disability up with all patients.

There you go with your "true patient" bs again. Why do you try to divide people into true patients and everyone else? Im no less a patient than you just because you have a piece of pink paper? Gimme a break

The difference between a person who is a medical marijuana patient and someone who just uses marijuana for medicine is simply that one person has access to a compassionate doctor and the other does not. It's not a fair system, but such is the world we live in. In that regard I should mention that Greenleaf is in communication with several compassionate doctors who will provide their services anywhere in Canada via skype. If anyone would like to be connected with one of these clinics I recommend you contact us directly at 1-855-488-3668 or info@greenleafmedicinals.ca. These are 3rd party clinics with no connection to us and there is no obligation to register with Greenleaf Medicinals afterwards.

lol compassionate doctors. Don't forget Nurse practitioners. Most of them are compassionate because they deal with patients one on one.

If they won't sign, someone else will! That is the way it will go. Like gang busters! Doctors have to make money to h?!?! ;)

I had to go through the Do No Harm Clinic because my original signing doc wasn't comfortable, giving me an increase or wanted to be known as,the pot doc. I pd $400 for an online appt. But I got my money's worth. I timed out with HC, HC lost pictures and medical documents all of which had to be submitted ASAP and DNHC was right in top of it. I found Dr. Kanerva quite personable.

Good to know whatfg... I will be heading there for my Renewal..... Speaking of that anybody know when I should apply for a renewal???? Is it still 10 weeks before my actual expiry which is sept 6 2014 not mar 31 2014 or do we wait for the Supreme Court ruling????? Sorry gb123 I didn't realize I did...
Peace grow strong my friends lol I sound like that silly beer comercial lol stay thirsty my friends

Anyway greenleaf... I strongly disagree with your( life is unfair and this is the world we live in propaganda) If this was the actual case we wouldn't even be having this conversation. It is because people who fought for a cause... That being cannabis for medical purposes!!!! Or the fight to legalize etc that you are allowed to sell your over priced medicine!!!! So maybe you need to reevaluate your compassionless fight to make money... Peace

how much does the visit cost? OHIP cover that? It should!

I believe they charge $400, but they take care of collecting the paperwork, helping fill out the forms and scheduling the appointment with the doctor. The fees are not covered by your health plan.

You wont be able to apply for a renewal under the current rules because Health Canada is no longer accepting MMAR applications after March 31, nor are they issuing any new licenses. In essence, if you had an existing license then you are grandfathered until further notice. The March 21 ruling does not necessarily guarantee the extension MMAR system, it only prevents the MMAR from being abolished. The difference is that Health Canada is not required to administer the MMAR, but if they don't come up with some kind of alternative to what they have proposed, then the people who are currently licensed under the MMAR will retain their permission in perpetuity.
This may have changed since last I checked, but when I was discussing the MMAR system with Health Canada a month ago I was told that the office that is responsible for issuing ATP's was getting shut down, that the staff was getting repositioned, and that the information phone number was getting cut off.

I don't understand the charge, 400 for paper work? One piece of paper is all it takes now a day. Walk in clinics can do it.
It would seem the 400 dollar charge would be for anyone(money grab) that wants a script.
Even though you can get the script paid for somewhere else legitimately. It may just take some legs work. Hence the court challenge.

Greenleaf Medicinals is not affiliated with any clinic at this time, so I cannot comment on the $400, but I can say that we do get a lot of requests from people looking for a compassionate doctor. A lot of health practitioners are reluctant to sign, regardless of the need of their patient, and these services offer people an alternative.

GrowRock, I'm not supposed to engage in personal commentary, but you are continually insisting that Licensed Producers are gouging their customers, so I ask you: what would you charge? You said you can produce your own for $1/gram, so would you sell it for that? Do you work for free? Would you spend all the money, time, and effort to build a facility and get a license just so you could sell your products below cost?
We have had lots of people telling us that they thought $5/gram was very reasonable, and is in fact the lowest price currently offered by any Licensed Producer. I know you will disagree with this sentiment, but the truth is that most people do not have the time, or the space, or the inclination to grow their own medical marijuana, and that is where a Licensed Producer comes in.

At one time, they made an example of Dr Kamermans by charging him.
Then they turn it around so people like Dr. Kamemans will be a dime a dozen, singing with a regular OHIP visit.
A walk in.

less than a dollar a gram and I know lots who GIVE meds away.
Its nothing to toss a few outside. Pounds of meds grown naturally for next to nothing. Your argument that med patients can't be bothered is sadly untrue.
When the medical system tells you there is nothing they can do for you and that you should go home and die peacefully.
I know just from your take on this that you don't know anyone like that and for your sake I hope you never will.

You are wrong.

Me too gb123.... And if you actually have a compassionate bone in your LP body you will see the injustice this is...After all this is a plant at the end of the day that is called a weed because it is easy to grow... Just because because of some bullshit propaganda... People who can not afford there script will become second class and deserve your bunk for the same price as organic grown by me or any other designated grower... Which brings up my next argument... Maybe you should talk to one because they are employees of patients.. Yes that right folks employees make money so again with compassion please..... Peace grow strong

Sorry let me clairify... When I said bunk.... I mean your bottom nugs etc leaves for 1 or 2$ a gram....when a patient Can already buy organic grade A from a designated grower....peace

my DG sells to me at $1.00 per gram and ships it to for that price and is happy that he can continue doing it. now there is compasion thank you to my grower you know who you are.

Thanks spider..... These LP's forget that what they offer has already been offered and supplied for a 1/4 the price.... Which again violates every Canadians rights to affordable accessible medicine.... This is why John conroy will win..... And like us patients who fought for medical rights and those recreational users who stood up for cannabis in general... Then too will the LP's understand what it truly is to stand up for your rights... Cause they will have to fight our hitler conservitarive gov and HC who gave the illusion of a huge capital market with out any research.... Again with ignerance instead of reaserch and knowledge... Peace grow strong

Growrock.

There's nothing wrong with the LP's wanting to make a buck. You go into business for that reason.
Trying to make excuses as to why a patient should buy it is something else.

:)
