These have to be the strangest 30 seconds or so that I've ever heard. Anyone care to elaborate on this interesting division of heavy metal?

its like hardcore punk meets death metal

I'm not a huge fan of the genre but a lot of people in the extreme metal community enjoy it...I do like deathgrind though, which has more elements of death metal
