Is this the guy with the mouse problem hundred page thread a few months back?

why yes. Yes it is.

heavy storm, same as last time, bedroom three breaker is off. That room has water damage inside the walls, guy last time asked
Me to let him rip more walls down so he could source the leak but after having my grow room half dismantled I just couldn’t do it. He fixed the rip in the wire that was apparently getting wet or whatever causing the ground. It’s been three four months all good. Heavy ass rain today and wouldn’t you know it. So I got a electrician in my house now hoping it was any plug but in my grow room and sure enough.... he’s trying hard to get in that room I just can’t let him in. Damnit man I’m about to throw up. This is insane.

Past transgressions aside. You better find the leak. Roof, foundation or something in need of silicone outside. Keep power off till you find and repair the leak. And the wall must be opened to prevent mold, dry out and outlets replaced. Easy enough with the right help. Find contractors who smoke. LOL.

It’s the overhead fan in my living room damnit. Dude fired the breaker back on when he left. No fire smell or anything. Few mins later the overhead fan is flickering and like popping? One of the things you screw a bulb into is sort of hanging. Never been like that. Gotta be the problem. It’s on same circuit as bedroom three and we noticed the lights on that fan flickering right before the breaker clicked over. Dudes on his way back... we will see. It’s not my lights directly damnit. My ole lady is mad at me.They’re plug and play think it’s the leak in walls
If not the fan.

also Michigan I promise you’re gonna see an indoor cucumber before the years up. I saw that post last night... ordered a 10 pack of no bees needed cucumber seeds. was like damnit ok watch and see I guess. :D

Welcome to the I'm buying a new roof club. Get it done. Damage becomes a vast money pit soon. I had a rental that flowed water from the flat roofed dormer into the first floor bedroom walls. Ended up short selling it due to expense of my procrastination. And popping is short circuiting. As well as flickering. FIRE trying to happen. Be safe. Too much BS today already.

So you may know I’m no handyman.... I think I agree but you’re saying a whole new Tin roof for a trailer is the way to go as opposed to like sealing it or finding the holes or whatever? I don’t mind to get it done so long as it’s the proper thing. My porch roof leaks a lot too. Same material as main roof. Must just be old. It’s about a 20yr old tin roof.
Also if you want to grow with me....

A trailer I was not aware of. Better to repair for you. 10 gallons of aluminized tar roof coating and an afternoon on the room. Messy but cheap and all can do it if they can stay on a roof. Polymer coatings if willing to pay the price. Grandparents owned a trailer park. I've been through a few. LMAO.

man dudes working on the fan and he’s saying it’s showing 34volts even though power off ie something in my grow room is grounding it. Man it’s the room not the grow. I’m gonna have to tear down and move all my shit to other side of trailer yet I already paid 500 dollars to get my grow room “back to good” damnit man

Electrical issues suck. Just get to the source ASAP. Nothing to play with. And get knowledgeable help if beyond your skill sets.

My grow room is back on but my overhead fan has no power lights or fan. It was shorting out when dude was here. He left we turned breaker back on. My room is fine that overhead fan however it is not fine. Worried to go to bed tonight folks. Gonna run to Walmart and grab a figure extinguisher I guess. Electricity, as a grown man, scares me. One end of the house with the door can be engulfed in fire and... we ain’t getting out. Anyway. Hope everyone’s having a better day than I am fam

I've always kept one of my fire extinguishers right beside the bed.

They make automatic fire extinguishers you can leave in the grow room too.

I've never heard of one of these actually saving somebody's house but the lads make a hell of a youtube compilation.

Didn’t you say you had an outside electric box last time we discussed this?

If so let’s just figure out how to run you some dedicated circuits to your grow. It wouldn’t be that hard I can walk you through it and after all you were doing last time I’m positive you can do it.

Yes. Once July 1 comes man I’m open to ideas. Can’t be burning my place down from growing and I agree I need my grow room stuff on it’s own deal.... this mobile home is wired stupid. My grow room is way in the back and that breaker for some reason goes to my living room overhead fan/lights, front porch light, and living room plugs. No idea why.

we disabled the fan that was flickering and everything is back to normal now. Just my living room light doesn’t work anymore.... idk. Always happens when we get heavy winds/heavy rain. Worries me

Check outside porchlight. A fairly cheap version is usually installed on the older trailers and the cheap components will deteriorate in the weather. Seen one short out before. It caused the light switch inside by the door to get hot and melt. Somehow did not blow a breaker.
