actual/equivilant watts i dont know, when i bought them the fella at the hydro store said they were 300w and the come in plain packaging so i cant read the box either. I'll ask next time i'm in there so i cant really answer about lumens either. sorry bud. But i what i can tell you is that they are nearly the diameter of a paint can.

Well i spent the points nirvana had credited me for the dodgey NL AF, so i only paid p&p which to the uk, is nominal.



Yeah i have read good things about SW cant wait for them to turn up. As for GHS JH they dont share the same genetics as sensi seeds JH. Sensi JH is listed as having 3 sativa dom pheno's and 1 indica, I'm not sure of the genetic make up but I'm sure NL#5 is in there some where. GHS JH is listed as a indica and its genetics are haze x red skunk. The JH i smoked in the dam was listed as an indica so I'm hoping the stuff I'm growing is the same stuff i fell in love with.

So 3 outta the 4 seeds in the towel that have sprouted have gone into rockwool under the 300w CFL. I stuck the last seed in the paper towel i case one thats in there doesnt crack. I'll get some pics up tomorrow

My bad Moosh, I was thinking of FULL spectrum. IDK, dual spec sounds like a great idea.

What GH strains did you SMOKE while in holland? which ones did you like the best?

I'm sure they sold white shark at the amnesia haze coffee shop but I/we didn't buy any. I didn't see any GWS out there tho. It seems that they dont have the cutting edge strains out in the dam and they keep to the classic's (NL, JH, WW), apart from pinnapple express (again Hunters) which i guess is a newer strain. There was lots of different haze strains everywhere and not lot of kush ( I bought Purple kush from hunters and the bull dog had OG kush on thier menu but then at the bar said it was discontinued and they were the only 2 kush strains i could find?!?)

I am english and live in the UK (don't worry I'm not offended), and thats how we roll our joints round here, i know you yanks like your spliffs pure but in all the films i watch they always look saggy, I like a cardboard tip, we call them a "roach" (dont know if you guys call them something different) and i put between 3/4-4/5 of a ciggarette in a joint with around 0.25-0.5 grams of bud which gives me around 6-9 joints from an 1/8, which is how i buy my weed on the 1/8. If i smoked pure weed joints with the crap weed they sell round my way (its always wet and not dried/cured properly thats why i decided to grow my own) i'd have to put a 1/4 in.

Yeah I used to hang out with this really cool rich girl who was from Germany ( Her dad owned some Winter Sporting Clothing Company) anyways yeah she always rolled her spliffs with tobacco and a filter ..lol yeah she taught me how to add the card board tip.

So my snow whites arrived yesterday they went straight into wet paper towel. not much else to report will post pics when they sprout
 
The 4 snow whites all sprouted and they are in rockwool and under the Light. I think I will go for individual res tanks on this grow and ditch the multi-site tanks. I'm going to purchase a 4 outlet air pump for the 2 JH & 2 SW that i'm going to grow out and the 1 JH & 1 SW mothers I'm going to use my existing dual outlet pump. Also I'm going to move my grow to the cupboard under my stairs. I have a bigger grow tent which I will cut up to line cupboard with. I'll do all this over the weekend and i'll post pics.
 
Ok the holiday is over . . . now its time to get back to growing weed Moosh. Where are the updates bro? lol

I've become a bit disillusioned with growing recently, just kinda fell out of love with it, lost interest. But i'm glad to say I've reignited the fire and went on a little shopping spree last friday, its not arrived yet because of the snow here in the UK, should be here in the next couple of days.

1lx AN Cal/Mg Grow
1lx AN Cal/Mg Bloom
1lx AN Bud Candy
120mlx AN Juicy Roots
1x Hilea Silent 4 outet Airpump
6x Flexible air cushion
6x 5l buckets
1x 300w Dual Spectrum CFL

So because i've been neglecting my ladies they have not grown at all and are really small still, this is beacuse they have been in rockwool in the propogator and not had much TLC. I only managed to get 2 SW whites to pull thru. This is due to my own sloppyness but its kept my girlfriend happy as i dont have loads of plants. So all together I have 3 JH and 2 SW, I'll pull one of each for mothers and then flower the rest. The JH are massive compared to the SW but they are twice as old nearly. They have all really responded well to the transplant to the DWC and have taken off, i'll post some pics when my girlfriend finds the camera charger.
 
Glad to hear that your back in the saddle. Growing weed does get old (its works lol), but sweet bud never gets old. Prioritize, keep the girl in the bed happy before the girls in the closet lol. Nothing wrong with that.

Yeah I've started to smoke a little of my nirvana NL AF needs a bit more of a cure i'd say but i'm lovin what i've smoked so far
 
I cant say that I'm too happy with NL AF smoke. It seems a bit weak to me. I've had good NL before and this weed just does not measure up period. How would you compare you NL to the NL in the Dam?

Taste wise its still a bit fresh, as for the stone its not far off the smoke in the dam after a cure i reckon it should be there or there abouts, i'm not talking about the high grade smoke, just the average
