I don't want to keep this going, Especially in TX's thread but I'm OCD and I have to correct things when they are wrong....
Also, I was being defensive because you were being passive aggressive. That's a perfectly rationale reason to be defensive. Unless you're going to tell me that "Are you using CFL's outdoors?" was a genuine question?
And just a note: The reason why there are so many indoor CFL threads that change to led, mh/hps/other or go unfinished etc. is because growing with CFL's suck. Sure they are cheap (kind of) and a great way to start growing but it doesn't take very long at all before real hobbyists/growers upgrade to a better light source.
I went the CFL route myself... For about 4 weeks, Then I bought a LED panel... Then another... Then another... Then a ballast... Now my CFL's have been resold on eBay and the smaller bulbs are in my house receptacles... Where they should be.
^^^ No, moving a thread is not that hard... but then we would have the outdoor guys asking "Why is an indoor cfl grow in the outdoor section?"^^ maybe you are right. I'm just tired of seeing REAL CFL threads pushed down by people who use CFL's for about 5 minutes of Veg before switching to HPS/outdoor grows. I come here to see other CFL growers thread and talk to them not waste time sifting through threads like this which are ultimately a total waste of time for indoor CFL growers.
Having a thread moved is not that hard you know. No need to get so defensive.

More time was wasted debating this unnecessarily than it would have taken to unsub this thread and let it go. It's been 17 weeks and now you have something to say?^^ apologies. I'm just upset I wasted time reading this thread based on its misleading title only to learn it had very little to do with CFL growing.
