Grow Box Requirements?

ok to make this quick i need help working on may grow box.

Things I Need: what reflective should i use?
What lights should i use? for right now i got three 30 wat CFL light bulbs.
is two in takes and one out take good?
how should i even hook up most of this stuff haha

anyone's suggestions will help very much.

Lxwxh of box? no need for intake fans just holes for passive intake and exhaust fans. you just hook the electric into the outputs, quite straightforward. you will need a timer on that light. there are still lots of things you need to plan, soil or hydro? strain?...

im using a normal hp pavilion tower. i already made the intake fans and suck i just think its good to have. yeah i forgot to put a time on my list but now i will. im just growing bagseed, all aslo need tips on soil and such

I started using MG and burned the shit out of my baby roots of two Full Moon's and two White Widow. Others use MG with great results. I use a combo of Fox Farm Ocean Forest and Light Warrior with about 10%-15% extra perlite. I picked up a bag of roots organic as my local hydro store told me its a great neutral soil.

As far as finding Fox Farm soil, i really thought i was boned but on there website they have a reseller locater to your area, and low and behold i had a local hydro store less than 10 miles!

What about contactors. Do you need one for a single 600w hps?
