Grow BOX, SEED, and Newbie questions

So I was thinking I am going to buy this complete set up :

I know it is cheaper to do yourself. I know it is small. I have very limited space.

What are your thoughts on the setup and the seed? How much can I produce with this seed and setup?

It seems like a nice little setup, if i was you, I'd get a seeds of plants that are small, like i got 5 White widow from herbiesheadshop.com, They are usually shorter and they have a 200g yield per plant. So basically I need any auto grower feminized preferably that is low in height and short grow (8-10 weeks)
