grow box

Whatsup everyone, I was wondering can anbody thats used a grow box before could recommend a good reliable one, that is decent priced, and comes complete with everything, like lighting, nutrients, ventilation, and growing materials. Pretty much one that is ready to use and grow. I need one that can be used in a closet and rids all odors from the plants. Thanks for any help

Nothing good comes with everything. At the very least, you'll need to select your own nutrients, grow medium, and lighting. Growing marijuana is not a turn-key operation. You need to put some time into research before you drop any money... a good place to start is the GrowFAQ. It seems like you're looking for a magic box that you plug in and collect finished marijuana from every few months... it doesn't exist. Your best bet is to start with your grow area, be it a closet, basement, attic, etc... Figure out what sort of space you are working with, then move on to lighting. You'll need to figure out what sort of lights you'll need based on the size of the area you are growing in. Factors to keep in mind are: availability of electrical outlets, available amperage, etc. Next, you need to think about ventilation - one of the most IMPORTANT considerations. You'll need to control your environment (temp, humidity) so that will need to go into your plans.

If you look at any recent copy of High Times Magazine, you'll find plenty of ads for stealth grow boxes/closets. You could get one of these, but I personally don't recommend them. You can build one yourself for a fraction of the cost if that's the sort of thing you are looking for. I don't know anyone who has bought or used one of those things. And even if you buy one of those, you'll still need to select your own grow medium and seeds. And seriously, for what you'd spend on one of those things you can build your own custom setup that would be much more suitable.

Yeah im looking for the like the best set up, im willing to spend around $800, I have seeds, I know what growing medium im using I was just wondering if anyone has built one thereselves and maybe could help me out with some plans, Im going to build one myself with help from a good friend thats handy with tools, its such a rip off for the ones you find online and the venilation is horrible, it will just cook the plants. I was really wondering what the whole setup would cost the cabinet I already know, but for the light, carbon scrubber, ventilation, a descent hyrdoponic system, and any other accessory.

Also I really need it to be stealthy, no smell, lease noise as possible, cause im living in a condo now.

I used 8 32 gal rubber maid tubs (cost me about 40$) and custom cut it to fit my operation. I use 10 120mm PC case fans (5 intake 5 exhaust) and this has been working out great for me. I cant quote you prices on hydro system since I grow in soil but depending on how many plants you plan on growing the lighting could go from 80 - 400 dollars based on my previous shopping trips.

Haha oshit yeah that would be good if I didnt do that. Whats better soil or hydro for a grow box?

I dont think you can ever get rid of the weed smell compleatly
the smell isent that bad when its veggin but when it flowers it smells
