Grow heights

You don't need to, but it might be helpful if you are planning on vegging a lot longer. Another option is to just LST your plants by tying down the higher bud sites, allowing lower ones to catch up. Usually this means bending your main cola over. If you want to use a net, you could do some topping to increase the # of bud sites, then as they grow, you spread them around the net and tie them down, that way each bud site has it's own little space. That way you make the most use out of every square inch of your light footprint. Either works fine.

I fimmed them couple weeks ago there is about 35 cola sites on the 3 plants, But I see what your talking about the top. Can I top them after I fimmed them? Thanks again

Nets help but plant training wire will likely do the job as well.
I wouldn't top after fimming to avoid additional stress on the plants and growth delays. It sounds like you have plenty of colas already and if you want to control the plant, I'd rather LST the branches instead of topping.

Appreciate it that’s what it was thinking about topping to much stress, I will definitely do the LST thanks again

I have only needed to support plant that get up to 4 ft or more.

I LST and train my plants. But they don’t need help holding their flowers up. Branches thicker then my fingers
