Hi all,
Here's my latest grow and thought I'd share it with you all. I have a Northern Lights X Skunk clone and 2 Jack The Ripper clones. I'll also be showing the mother plants they came from. I've been waiting a long time to try JTR and can't wait to see the end product, also the first time for me to grow NLxSkunk. My veg light is an 125W CFL, i have dual reflector so sometimes i turn the other 125W on, giving 250Watts of CFL. My Flowering light is a 600W HPS. I always use 4 Ltr pots and after being a soil grower for many years i'm going to grow these in coco coir  The pics below are NLxSkunk clone (Going into 12/12 today) then the 2 JTR clones (which still need more veg time) and finally their mothers. I will update this grow journal every 2 weeks. So we can watch the mums and their offspring growing :-P

Here we are again 2 weeks later as promised. Right firstly i'll make things a little clearer, this journal is more of a test/tryout for the clones in coco coir than anything else. For example the NLxSkunk clone that you see (should have had more veg time). Also the JTR clones shown last time were only cloned 2 days before, so the pics today represent the JTR 2 weeks after cloning. Right i hope thats made things a little clearer. All is going well with all plants, apart from one of the JTR clone that i dropped on it's head about 4 days ago, i picked her up cleaned her down and re-potted her and she's making a nice recovery the one on the left was dropped :(
With regards to nutrients, all the JTR clones have had is half strength Formulex EC 1.0 and the NLxSkunk clone has received half strength Canna Flores EC 1.0 In the next few days i will add half strength Canna Vega to the JTR clones. I'm seeing if i can use hydro nutrients i've already got rather than buy coco specific ones but time will soon tell us :bigjoint: and finally the mothers the clones came from, these were both grown in soil, the NLxSkunk has had 61 days of 12/12 and is progressing nicely, it's only about 26" high (not long now :p) and the JTR mother has had 39 days of 12/12 but jtr's apparently don't start fattening up until about day 50 and that's currently about 3ft tall. So until next time, be good :-P

Hello again and sorry for a later than scheduled update. Well i've had an absolute nightmare the past few weeks  Firstly my PH meter has been giving me false results (even after repeatedly calibrating it) to cut a long story short don't ever use Chinese tri meters their absolute shite as i have now found out at my expense, i've now gone and bought a new ph meter . Right back to the grow, we'll start with the NLxSkunk clone growing in Coco Coir, she did suffer a little with the ph problem but now looking much better, she's at 33 days of 12/12 and looks like i'm gonna have a single cola plant lol...the 2 Jack the Ripper clones which are also in Coco Coir are looking very nice, (ph problem didn't seem to bother them) they have had 4 weeks of vegging and their going into 12/12 today. The JTR mother which is in soil suffered really badly with the ph situation, looks like it had complete lockout of nutrients, i've now flushed it and re-fed her hoping she's still strong enough to finish to get at least some bud off her. Finally the NLxSkunk mother, it was days away from harvest and well the ph problem/nutrient lockout completely ruined this plant causing bud rot (i noticed one brown leaf on the cola, when i looked the whole cola was infected ) i've never ever before suffered with bud rot. So please people take note, a simple thing like the wrong PH values can cause absolute devastation.

Here we are 2 weeks later and the JTR clones are 14 days into 12/12 and have really started to flourish and are about 12"-13" tall, the NLxSkunk clone which is 45 days into 12/12 has had problems but i'm back on track with that now. (i was running the ph too low) i've found that a 5.8ph is a nice place to be :blsmoke: and i've invested in some coco specific nutes.

Hi again, firstly my single cola NLxSkunk clone has been chopped ;-) and smoked :joint: It was virtually the same as the last pic i did of it.
Now we're left with the 2 JTR clones, their 30 days into the 12/12 cycle and their coming along very nicely in their coco coir. Still getting to grips with the feed schedule for coco coir but getting there :-o

Took some more pic's today. Nearly had a disaster, the wife went looking for something and moved my buckets around, i have 1 with grow nutes in and 1 with bloom in "she'd swopped them around without telling me" Took me about a week odd to realize that my plants in flower were going dark green (too much nitro) also showing potassium deficiency and my small plants in veg were going lighter and lighter in colour LOL Anyways were back on track now. Plants are approx 42 days into their 12/12 cycle and although looking a bit TOO green "for my liking" their coming along nicely..

Here we are again after 57 days of 12/12. Their looking quite nice (considering my grow/bloom nightmare lol) Still only about 2ft odd tall but the buds are now starting to fill up a little and their getting covered in THC

Here we are with the final pics, only got pic's of 1 of the plants (dropped light on other one and had to harvest her early) but they were virtually identical to give you an idea. This JTR was cut down after 75 days of 12/12 (would have liked to give her at least another week but needs must). she didn't grow very big and there's not a lot of bud on her but what is on her looks very nice
