you'll hit that with a 400 but you'll be more than happy with the results from a 600! 200 more watts and nearly twice the light, go with the 600

Yep, i have a 400 along with a few other lights, wish id got a 600 instead of the 400.....the 600 is the most efficient light per watt i believe.

i used a 400 and was pleased with the results, i then bought a 600 and man the difference is unreal, the size of the buds 4 weeks into flower with the 600 were the same size at 8 weeks with the 400, if you can i would invest in the 600.
