Grow Light Question

Hey all, i have 2 48' flouresent lights with reflectors on them, they came off a fish tank and each light is 31 watts, i could get bigger lights and put in them but i was wondering how big i would need, or if that is enough. I am planning on growing a couple plants.

plant and aquarium bulbs are the wrong spectrum for cannabis. cb likes warm and cool, 2300k-3200k and 6200k-6500k.

go to lowes, and get two GE daylight tubes t12, 40w, 6500k, 3050 lumens each. best veg tubes on the market, imo (besides those expensive t5's...)

they're about 5$ each. the bulbs you have will work temporarily, but will end up causing stunted growth, and stretched plants.

my first grow, im using LED (blue and red) old timer-sweet tooth cross, the plants love it, so does my energy bill.
