Yeah stick some paper around the cups. Ah what was it that happens. Your roots rot or something if they get sunlight.

Looks nice anyway, best of luck.

green seems to prevent the rot but not better then just a cup you cant see through at all. i had a green containor and for good measure i wrapped duct tape around it

those cups being clear will not cause any harm to the plant at all
it's not going to stay in there long
the things folk worry about lol

You must not see all the plants newbs post on here that are strectched out and STILL in plastic cups after 6 weeks of vegging.

Stretching has nothing to do with the roots, or clear cups. It's a lighting issue (and genetics). Those plants will be OK.

I'm well aware of that. And actually if he let these plants go as far as most newbs. The plants will not be ok.

And I think your t5 setup with the right bulbs is better than a 250w MH. The box mine came in said it was comparable to a 400w MH. Just saying.

No they aren't stretched yet. Stretching is too much space between the nodes where the leaves occur on the plant. To help avoid this, get the light as close to the tops as you can without burning them. With floros that can be as close as 3 or 4 inches. Get a fan blowing across the tops.
They're looking good, BTW.

Leave them be in the pots for now, you can go at least another 3 weeks in them.

Looking fucking good there, buddy! Whatcha gonna do for light in a little while? You're gonna need a much better light source than that floro in about 3 weeks.

what i find funny is how so many people will say clear cups is bad but in reality for the amount of time there going to be in there what 2 weeks whats the harm i do it sometimes hell i even mist another clear cup and tape it on top as to make a dome when there rooted and watch them take off people
