Go get em for tomorrow...wish i was in your area and knew you...i'd be dragging you to walmart right now lol, have em ready for when lights go on. Your plants will love you
I under stand you guys say halogen bulbs are bad. But, other than the heat, what is the reason they are bad? My two halogen lamps each are 250 watts a piece, 2900k and each have 4000 lumens.. Giving me 14000 lumens 592 watts. For two plants....
Your Halogen bulbs cost 3 times as much to run as the Cfl's,
They produce more heat than light (we are talking available light useful to the plants from the spectrum),
They really are pants , they have no use in the modern world, it's not personal , they are just bulbs after all.
Those cfl's are producing as much light , if not more than the Halogens , that the plants actually use.
Wise investment that you will get back.
Too hot, fire hazard, over 40,000 lumens with 592 watts of cfl, and 2100-2700k 5000-6500k is best for plant absorption................do what you do bro, im not gonna harp anymore on it
