Grow pot with partly waterproof sides?

Does anyone know of a growpot that has the standard nonwoven breathable fabric on the bottom and first few inches of the pot, but then the upper part of the pot is waterproof? I feel like I read somewhere a description like that, and thinking it might offer the benefit of grow pot but also assist with humidity control. Did I make it up?

Not sure but I find these provide a solid pot with plenty of air exposure
