I have a grow room 8'w x 12'l x 4'h and a 400 w GPS+mh switchable lamp is this light going to be enough for 8 plants help also ventilation I have a window available but it still stays about 100 degrees in the summer and about 45degrees in winter any suggestions would be great.

your kinda pushing it for 8 plants under a 400 , unless of course there not feminized in that case u will have to go 12/12 b4 they get to big and u could maybe squish in the ones that turn female which will be around 3-5 females.
